"Helping each individual reach their full potential is a passion of mine. Working together to tailor the wellness programme to each student combining various modalities enables you to reap the most benefits internally and externally and share our joy with those around us. I have created this online portal to share the latest and greatest creative tips I have learned to achieve holistically healthy abundance on every level. These are yogic and Ayurvedic rituals you can adapt into your everyday life."

 

Sophia believes that the very core of any health program involves putting yourself first so that you can discover the energy and enthusiasm to help others as well! As an avid yoga, meditation + kindred instructor, she's developed an easily accessible way to give you simple and effective tools for improving your wellness on a moment-by-moment basis by incorporating rituals and mindfulness into your already existing everyday activities.

Corporate Yoga

Patience is a virtue in Corporate Yoga I'm extremely passionate about bringing work-places together through movement. Inviting yoga and meditation into the workplace creates a sanctuary for you to go within and reset mentally creating space but doing this altogether provides a team bonding and morale building experience. Teaching to corporate teams once a week is a calming way to lift energy levels and team spirit, this gives something to everyone's overall health plus the vast mental health benefits within the work-space.

PRIVATE 1:1 SESSIONS
(In Person & Via Zoom)

The Private Session allows you to dive deeper into your yoga practise. The focus is on alignment and breath; and a special emphasis on proper technique helps you stay in the present moment, fast-tracking your improvements whilst dissolving redundant or negative thought patterns, helping you to reconnect and rejuvenate your body. This is a popular one, so go ahead and book today.

Private Group Yoga & Meditation

Ideal for those newer to yoga or with demanding work schedules; My Private Classes are tailored to suit your group's goals, ability, needs and schedule. Both yoga & meditation classes begin with a focus on the breath and presence within the body and then deepen our exploration of the body-mind with a sharper sense of alignment and loving awareness. Synchronising intention, breath and body/mind whilst providing a bonding experience.
